Meet Purva Jain – Your Guide, Mentor, & Healer
Purva Jain isn’t just a yoga teacher and a clinical nutritionist—she’s a compassionate healer, soulful mentor, and wellness guide. With a Master's in Yogic Science, Diploma in Ayurvedic & Modern Nutrition, Yoga Alliance-certified teacher trainer, and years of experience as a yoga therapist, she blends ancient traditions with modern healing science to help people move, breathe, and transform.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Yoga and Science of Living, Purva dives deep into understanding how subtle energies and breath influence overall well-being.
Her passion radiates through the countless workshops she’s led and the many students she’s mentored—supporting them in overcoming physical challenges and emotional stress through yoga therapy and self-discovery.
Whether guiding an online class or holding space in-person, Purva turns every session into a deeply personal, healing journey.
